Áine Phillips is one of Ireland's most established performance artists and the editor of 'Performance Art in Ireland: A History'.

Áine will give a talk / presentation about her work with costumes and performance since the late 1980's when she worked with street theatre company Macnas in Galway. Since then she has made many public performances all over the world using striking visual imagery, sculptural props and outlandish outfits! She has worked with clothing and garments in many projects, exploring historical themes, women's experience and social justice.

Free. All welcome.
